Napier Management Services Ltd are the Managing Agents appointed by the Moriconium Quay Management Company Ltd to carry out various duties under the Leases and covenants.
Established in 1994, Napier Management Services Ltd is a locally based business, responsible for the management of approximately 3,000 premises in the area. Our aim is to manage each property in a cost-effective and professional way, achieved by establishing good working relationships with the people who occupy the properties.
Our principal responsibilities will be to maintain the property to a reasonable standard, and to deal with matters relating to the Management Company and Freeholders obligations under the terms of the Lease.
The responsibilities vary from property to property, but typically we deal with Insurances, maintenance, property inspection, solicitor enquiry letters and income & expenditure.
